Mission & Interests

Goals: ERGaR aims at facilitating cross-border transfers of renewable gases in Europe. It operates the ERGaR CoO Scheme enabling the harmonised tranfers of renewable gas certificates between national renewable gas registries. Furthermore, ERGaR seeks recognition as a Voluntary Scheme for the mass balancing of biomethane within the European gas grid.
