Goals: EUROCAE is a non-profit organisation, created in 1963 as the “The European Organisation for Civil Aviation Equipment", with the objective to develop standards for European civil aviation. EUROCAE currently has over 400 members, including industry, service providers, regulators, research institutes and international organizations. EUROCAE has become the European leader in the development of worldwide recognized industry standards for aviation. EUROCAE membership is open to organisations and industries worldwide. We take an active role in coordinating European and global standardisation activities and develop high-quality standards that: •Build upon the state of the art expertise of its members. •Are fit for purpose to be adopted internationally. •Support the operational, development and regulatory processes. •Address emerging global aviation challenges.

We currently have about 450 members which include all main aviation stakeholders (regulators, authorities, industry, ANSPs, airports, airlines, R&D organisations as well as the major stakeholder associations and international organisations).
