Mission & Interests

Goals: The European Federation for Company Sport is a voluntary non-profit organisation. EFCS' main objective is to promote and develop sport practice in the professional environment all across Europe. It groups European national federations for company sport from all over Europe. Most of these federations’ members are companies which differ in their size, form, and activity. CORE MISSIONS • Strengthening human and cultural contacts accross national borderes through sport • Promoting regular physical activity within companies • Emphasizing the recreational and health enhancing character of grassroots sport • Organise European Company Sport Games

Main EU Legislative Proposals: Leader of Erasmsus + projects: Active Workplace Healthy Lifestyle, Meetings of Company Sport, Move At Work, Workplace Active Certicification, Healthy Employee Mobile and Active. Partner of Erasmus + projects (SWInG, PACTE, ESCSE, Run4Div, PACTE+, Work Move and Perf). Member of EWoS Advisory Board and EWoS partner. Member of the SHARE 2.0 initiative. Collaboration with Sport Unit, EACEA and EU Commission regarding sport and health topics.
