Activities

Main EU Legislative Proposals: ECIS is involved in the following activities: engaging in activities related to the EU Data Act negotiations and its subsequent implementation; monitoring and responding to developments on the drafting of the Digital Markets Act and related areas in the Digital Services Act; monitoring competition issues in relation to interoperability; engaging in legislative developments regarding the European Data Strategy; engaging in activities to promote interoperability in cybersecurity; participating in cyber security certification stakeholder groups and other relevant working groups.

Communication Activities: In November 2023, ECIS organized an event on "Cloud 2024 onwards: lift-off or flatline?"
