Activities

Main EU Legislative Proposals: EASTRO follows and contributes to mainly the preparation and implementation of: • Space related EU Research & Innovation Framework Programmes as well as any other related EU R&I policies (EU budget, EDF, etc.) • Public stakeholder consultations on the Interim evaluation of Horizon Europe. • DG DEFIS Consultation and Coordination Framework for the definition of an updated Space SRIA for 2024-2027 • Activities for setting up a Co-programmed partnership (Global Competitive Space Systems (GCSS)) for space R&I between stakeholder associations and the EC
Communication Activities: EASTRO will arrange regular meetings of Research Organisations active in Space upstream activities and other players in order to foster low to mid-TRL activities for future Space activities.
