Activities
Main EU Legislative Proposals: EAASP is periodically represented on the Advisory Board of research projects.
We recently finished engaged with the - Horizon 2020 - SAURON – (Scalable multidimensionAl sitUation awaReness sOlution for protectiNg european ports) project which concluded in December 2020.
Where aligned with our objectives as practitioners we are also consider participation as a project partner.
When appropriate, EAASP contributes to SAGAS and SAGMAS meetings held by DG Move (see below).
Communication Activities: The EAASP regularly communicates with its membership and also usually holds an annual conference in one of the Member States, drawing in member from across the EU. The annual conference did not taken place in 2020 or 2021 due to travel restrictions arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.
