Mission & Interests

Goals: Die EUR (Europäische Union der Rechtspfleger ist ein Netzwerk nationaler berufsständischer Organisationen und schließt jegliche religiöse, weltanschauliche oder parteipolitische Festlegung aus. Ziel der Organisation ist die Harmonisierung des Rechts in der Europäischen Union durch Verbesserung der Rechtssysteme zum Wohle der Bürger und der wirtschaftlichen Stabilität. Dazu wurde ein Konzept zur Systemoptimierung europäischer Justizsysteme durch Einführung eines Berufsbildes eines Rechtspflegers nach den Vorbildern österreichischer und bundesdeutscher Modelle. Dies beinhaltet auch ein umfassendes Programm zur Verbesserung und Harmonisierung fachspezifischer Studieninhalte in der spezialisierten Juristenausbildung zur Bewältigung grenzüberschreitender Rechtsbeziehungen in der Europäischen Gemeinschaft.
