Goals: Euroconsumers AISBL pursues non-profit purposes of international utility: - Monitor consumer policy; coordination of the representation of its EU members at EU and global level; advocating for EU policies that benefit consumers in their daily lives. - Coordinate private enforcement activities aimed at consumer redress in case of clear and unacceptable violations. - Explore dialogue and collaboration with relevant market players to develop consumer friendly solutions, design better products and services and further improve consumer empowerment. In order to ensure the professionalism and economic viability of these activities, Euroconsumers AISBL is supported by Euroconsumers SA, a company based in Luxembourg, whose mission is to coordinate and oversee the editorial activities and consumer services carried out by the network organizations in four European countries (Italy, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal) through an ad hoc consortium agreement with the local entities.

Is Member Of: Euroconsumers AISBL is formed by Association Belge des Consommateurs Test-Achats ASBL (BE), Altroconsumo (IT), Organizacion de Consumidores y Usuarios (ES), Deco (PT). In addition, Euroconsumers is affiliated with Proteste, the largest consumer association in Brazil. Proteste is a non-profit and independent association that supports Brazilians in their daily purchasing choices.
Organisation Members: Giving voice to a total of more than 1.5 million people, Euroconsumers is the world’s leading consumer cluster in innovative information, personalised services and defence of consumer’s rights. We work closely together with Consumers International (CI) to ensure consumers are safe, that markets are fair and benefit from honest relations with businesses and authorities. Our members are also part of the umbrella network of BEUC. Together we advocate for EU policies that benefit consumers in their daily life.
