Goals: ekWateur is the first collaborative energy supplier. Founded in November 2015, we are a new player
in sustainable development and energy transition in France. As a competitor of existing suppliers (EDF, Engie, …), our offer is both to provide energy from renewable sources for a price below regulated ones and to help our customers to track and reduce their energy needs

Activities
Main EU Legislative Proposals: ekWateur is interested in European energy policy, in particular the Clean Energy for All Europeans package, the Green Deal, European regulation in the field of energy transition and carbon neutrality issues. ekWateur is also interested in the issues of opening the energy market to free, fair and undistorted competition.
We are interested in the development of the directives :
- on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources
- on common rules for the internal market in electricity and gas
follow-up transposition into national law.
Communication Activities: Member of the National Association of Energy Retailers (A.N.O.D.E) whose goal is to promote the emergence of a truly competitive energy market (gas and electricity) in France, in order to allow all consumers to freely choose their supplier and the offer best suited to their needs.
