Goals: Culture Viande is the union of French meat companies in France. in so-called butcher's meats, that is to say mainly from the beef, sheep, pork and goat meat sectors. The organization represents the French professionals, indicates the positions and difficulties of the latter, support the companies in the achievement of the common objectives of the union and in the implementation and the respect of the regulations.
