Main EU Legislative Proposals: Since we are strictly an educational company, we are not directly affected by financial regulations - however, our students are affected by financial markets legislation such as the PRIIPs regulation, the UCITS directive, MIFID etc, and we have a general interest in improving European financial legislation to better conditions for retail investors across Europe.

Communication Activities: In our work educating retail investors across Europe, we hear about a lot of practical problems and obstacles faced by investors across Europe, and we would like to communicate about these issues with EU representatives to help improve existing and/or future legislation and implementation.
