Mission & Interests

Goals: Il CONAI è un Consorzio con attività esterna costituito senza fini di lucro dalle imprese produttrici di imballaggi diverse da quelle che abbiano adottato un sistema autonomo di gestione o di restituzione ai sensi dell'art. 221, comma 3, lett. a) e c) del dlgs.152/2006 con riferimento a tutte le tipologie di imballaggi da essi prodotti, nonché dalle imprese utilizzatrici degli imballaggi realizzati dalle suddette imprese produttrici. Il CONAI è costituito e le imprese vi partecipano allo scopo di raggiungere gli obiettivi globali di recupero e di riciclo dei rifiuti di imballaggio indicati nell'Allegato E dello stesso dlgs 152/2006, nonché di garantire il necessario raccordo con l'attività di raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti su superficie pubblica effettuata dalle Pubbliche Ammnistrazioni.
