Goals: Our Mission: Our objective is to group professionals of the security whose ground experience put them into a position of proposing adequate and sometimes alternative solutions to institutional responses within the reach of the United Nations, the European Union, the Council of Europe or others. Our Vision: The European Council of Police Trade Unions intends to fully take part in the judicial and police European space. To reach that point and with the aim of improving the mission of public service given to the police officers, the CESP takes up the challenge to re-valorise the police function thanks to the responsible trade-union organisations which make it up.

Activities

Main EU Legislative Proposals: El Consejo Europeo de Sindicatos de la Policía tiene la intención de participar plenamente en la realización de este nuevo espacio europeo judicial y policial. Su objetivo es agrupar a profesionales de la seguridad, a través de sus sindicatos representativos, cuya experiencia en el terreno los coloque en condiciones de proponer soluciones adecuadas y en ocasiones alternativas a las respuestas institucionales. Para llegar a ese punto y con el objetivo de mejorar la misión de servicio público de los policías, la CESP asume el reto de revalorizar la función policial gracias a las organizaciones sindicales responsables que la integran.
