Activities
Main EU Legislative Proposals: In recent times, CEPYME has been focused on the "Late Payment Directive 2011/7/UE", and in the public process to sent comments, but it is only one of the aspects of the legislation in which the Confederation is interested, taking into account that we represents a large number of the spanish companies in each sector of activity.
Nowdays, CEPYME is interested in the Proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on combating late payment in commercial transactions (Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs).
Other issues in which CEPYME is interested today are: the "electronic invoice" and the draft text of the Social Dialogue Agreement on Telework.
Any EU policy that impacts small and medium-sized Spanish companies may be of interest to CEPYME.
Communication Activities: Comments (16 March 2023) in the public hearing process to the “Late Payment Directive 2011/7/UE.
CEPYME and SMEunited analyze the objectives of SMEs in view of the Spanish presidency of the EU.
