Goals: Created in 2010, C4C is a broad-based coalition that seeks an informed debate on how copyright can more effectively promote innovation, access, and creativity. C4C represents libraries, scientific and research institutions, digital rights groups, technology businesses, and educational and cultural heritage institutions that share a common view on copyright embodied in C4C’s Declaration.

* Digital Markets Act - Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector and amending Directives (EU) 2019/1937 and (EU) 2020/1828;
* European Media Freedom Act - Proposal for a regulation establishing a common framework for media services in the internal market and amending Directive 2010/13/EU;
