Main EU Legislative Proposals: The Chamber of Progress follows EU-level regulatory and policy developments relating to the technology industry, and broadly covering Competition, Speech & Content Moderation, Privacy, Marketplaces, Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Vehicles, Delivery & Sharing, Housing, Transportation, Closing the Digital Divide, Workforce, Health, Fintech, and Crypto.
Specifically, the Chamber of Progress anticipates involvement with the enforcement of the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act, the General Data Protection Regulation, the Platform Workers Directive, Article 101 and 102 TFEU, the Data Act, the Data Governance Act, the Artificial Intelligence Act, and related files.
