In particular, the following currently active initiatives, including related public consultations, are of CELSA Group interest: Reform of the EU Electricity Markets Design, European Critical Raw Materials Act, EU Steel Safeguards, Global Arrangement on Sustainable Steel & Aluminium, EU Emission Trading Scheme Regulation and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, Eco-Design for Sustainable Products Regulation, Construction Products Regulation Revision, Waste Shipment Regulation Revision, Waste Framework Directive Revision, End of Life Vehicles Directive revision, Net-Zero Industry Act, Sustainable Products Initiative, Substantiating Green Claims, Industrial Emissions Directive Revision, Ambient Air Quality Legislation Revision, Weights and Dimensions Directive, and EU climate target for 2040.
