Goals: Der HPE e. V. vertritt die fachlichen, wirtschaftlichen und politischen Interessen der klein- und mittelständig geprägten deutschen Holzpackmittel-, Verpackungs- und Palettenwirtschaft auf nationaler, europäischer und internationaler Ebene. Die HPE-Unternehmen setzen seit mehr als 150 Jahren für ihre Paletten und Packmittel auf das nachwachsende und CO2-speichernde Naturmaterial Holz. So kommen Sie ihrer unternehmerischen Verantwortung gegenüber Umwelt und Gesellschaft nach und tragen wesentlich zum Funktionieren des nationalen und weltweiten Warenverkehrs sowie der nachhaltigen Transformation von Wirtschaft, Gesellschaft und Politik bei. Um die ökonomischen, ökologischen und sozialen Rahmenbedingungen der Unternehmen und der nachhaltigen Nutzung des Rohstoffes Holz kontinuierlich zu verbessern, fördert und begleitet der HPE politische und öffentliche Meinungsbildungsprozesse, Forschungsvorhaben sowie Gesetzgebungsprozesse mit seiner und der Expertise seiner Mitglieder.
