Main EU Legislative Proposals: Regulation 2022/328 (insofar as it relates to the leasing and sale of aircraft in Russia) and related derogations and FAQs.
Communication Activities: Our only relevant communication activity to date was a meeting on 10 July 2023 with the Irish Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment. We intend to meet with representatives of DG FISMA on 17 July 2023.
Our primary desired objective is to seek greater clarity of the impact on Reg 2022/328 of certain derogations and Frequently Asked Question responses that have been published by the EU subsequent to the publication of Reg 2022/328 in February 2022.
