Main EU Legislative Proposals: Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 (as amended) concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A02014R0833-20230427) and the criteria set out by the European Commission in the FAQ Guidance published in December 2022.
Communication Activities: Meeting proposed between BBAM and DG FISMA during the fourth quarter of 2023 to discuss issues arising pursuant to Council Regulation (EU) 833/2014 (as amended) and the European Commission FAQ Guidance issued in December 2022. Our only relevant communication activity to date is a planned meeting in the fourth quarter of 2023 with the Irish Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment, regarding the same subject matter.
