Goals: AssoDistil, fondata nel 1946, rappresenta più di 60 distillerie che coprono circa il 95% della produzione nazionale di acquaviti e di alcole etilico da materie prime agricole. Gli obiettivi che persegue sono: tutelare gli interessi legittimi delle imprese associate rappresentare il settore nei rapporti con le Istituzioni e le Amministrazioni nazionali ed internazionali mantenere rapporti con le altre Associazioni industriali nazionali e comunitarie per la tutela e la promozione degli interessi del settore proporre normative che rispondono alle esigenze ed alle aspettative dell’industria distillatoria elaborare le linee di sviluppo sindacale del settore all’interno del contratto nazionale di lavoro fornire informazioni agli associati su tutti gli argomenti di interesse per l’industria distillatoria garantire assistenza specializzata in campo economico, normativo, legale, ambientale, fiscale, doganale e sindacale.
