Main EU Legislative Proposals: ACC is working to get the issue of legal professional privilege (LPP) for in-house counsel addressed at the EU level, so that in-house counsel of EU member states exercise the same rights as outside counsel in proceedings before the European Commission. We track the following EU initiative, policies and legislative files: general and institutional matters; employment and social affairs; single market; trade; justice and fundamental rights; taxation; companies; competition; financial services.
