Activities

Main EU Legislative Proposals: Prudential, consumer protection, conduct of business, financial stability, sustainability, digital. In particular the following legislative proposals: - Solvency II review - Insurance recovery and resolution directive (IRRD) - Anti-money laundering package (in particular the AML regulation) - Corporate Sustainability Due-Diligence Directive (CSDDD) - Financial Data Access proposal (FiDA aka Open Finance) We were also active on advocating against barriers identified in the Internal Market in the context of freedom to provide services.
Communication Activities: ACA held together with the Luxembourg Bankers' Association (ABBL) and the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (ALFI) a private reception in Brussels on 15 November 2023.
