Mission & Interests
Goals: The Alumni Association of the College of Europe was founded in 1949 and currently includes more than 16.000 former students. Thanks to the European specialization acquired at the College, former students hold prominent positions in the economic, political and administrative, diplomatic and academic circles in over 100 countries.
The Alumni Association is an integral part of the College system, which was put in place by the founding fathers at its creation in 1949. The primary goal of the College is to form competent and experienced Europeans - that of the Alumni Association is to ensure that the "Esprit du Collège" continues. A student spends ten months at the College, however he or she stays an alumna/alumnus for the rest of her or his life. The College experience remains predominant in relation to the rest of their academic experiences for a large number of alumni. This spirit is unique to the College of Europe's alumni.

Activities
Main EU Legislative Proposals: L'Association des Anciens organise des débats et rencontres entre les Anciens et diverses personnes ayant eu ou ayant une position au sein de l'UE.
Par exemple, récemment, l'Association a organisé deux conférences au InfoHub du Parlement, ouvertes aux Anciens Etudiants du Collège d'Europe.
La première le 28 novembre 2023, intitulée:"The CoE Alumni in conversation with the Director-General of Communication of the European Parliament - Jaume DUCH GUILLOT".
La seconde le 5 février 2024, intitulée: "Our Alumni in conversation with Mr. Herman Van Rompuy".
Communication Activities: Dernièrement, l'Association a organisé un débat avec M. Jaume Duch Guillot et les Anciens Etudiants du Collège. Nous avons également organisé, au sein de notre groute régional suédois, une rencontre avec le Premier Ministre suédois, M. Pal Jonson.
Toujours dans le but de promouvoir l'Europe.
