Mission & Interests
Goals: Talento para el Futuro es una asociación sin ánimo de lucro fundada en 2020 cuyo objetivo es que la voz de la
juventud española esté representada en los procesos de toma de decisiones políticas y públicas.
La asociación busca convertir a la “generación perdida” en agentes de cambio; y la desconexión en propuestas
y proyectos para construir la sociedad del futuro.
En particular, se persigue:
1. Canalizar la participación de los jóvenes en los procesos de toma de decisiones.
2. Desarrollar y formar a los agentes de cambio social del futuro, otorgándoles recursos y herramientas.
3. Impulsar proyectos innovadores de impacto que resuelvan los principales desafíos que afrontamos
como sociedad.
4. Reducir la desafección de la sociedad hacia los líderes y las instituciones mediante la participación y el
diálogo intergeneracional.
