Main EU Legislative Proposals: AESEG y sus miembros trabajan con el gobierno nacional y las instituciones de la UE para desarrollar soluciones sostenibles en la atención farmacéutica e incrementar la fuerza competitiva de la España en el marcado farmacéutico global. En este sentido, trabajamos en muchas propuestas legislativas, entre las que se incluyen: la Alianza de Medicamentos Críticos y la Reforma de la Legislación farmacéutica Europea (actuales: Directiva 2001/83/EC, Reglamento (EC) 726/2004, Reglamento (EC) 141/2000 sobre Medicamentos huérfanos y Reglamento (EC) 1901/2006 sobre Medicamentos para uso pediátrico)
