Activities

Main EU Legislative Proposals: We defend a civil society perspective on technology regulation issues. Among them: - Proposal for a regulation on a Single Market for Digital Services (Digital Services Act). We have targeted its legislative process and now the enforcement by sharing the insights of our research and investigations with the DG-Connect Team, sy submitting our feedback to the open calls of the European Commission, for example: https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/better-regulation/have-your-say/initiatives/13817-Delegated-Regulation-on-data-access-provided-for-in-the-Digital-Services-Act/F3423644_en Or participating in the meetings of experts and conferences: https://www.greens-efa.eu/en/article/event/protecting-the-2024-elections-from-alarm-to-action We are also signatories to the Code of Practice of Disinformation. Furthermore, we are actively participating in targetting the legislations of - Proposal for a regulation on a Digital Market Act (Digital Market Act); - European Artificial Intelligence Act
