Goals: Since begining of 2024 I am cooperating with Mr. Hermann Drummer from Simply Europe (www.simply-europe.eu) in Germany to provide aviation policy guidance for our common customer Fraport AG as added value services networking in Brussels within EU Parliament and EU governmental institutions as well as relevant NGOs.
I use to be the Vice-Minister of Transport and Communication of Lithuania from 2012 to 2016 and been responsible for coordination of EU transport agenda during Lithuanian Presidency of EU Council of Ministers back in 2013. Since 2017 I work as a sole entrepreneur managing the aviation projects including strategy development, management for my customers. My assignments periodically demands various debates on EC legislation initiatives, affecting aviation business environment and in order to proceed arranging relevant discussions it requires possibility to access MEPs from TRAN and ENVI committee, representatives from DG MOVE, DG ENV, EU Commission.

Complementary Information: I got engaged as a EU aviation policy advisor for Fraport AG since 1st of January 2024 and working together with Mr. Hermann Drummer (www.simply-europe.eu) to represent interests of Fraport AG at EU level focusing on new legislative initiatives or amendments of existing regulations and directive on ground handling, slots and airport charges.
Nevertheless, I am self-employed working on various aviation related projects since 2017 generating 50.000 EUR of revenue in average a year, but this revenue was not any way related to any lobby activities or any clients to be represented at EU institutions. This was purely business consultancy services for aviation companies Europe wide in corporate management, projects development, etc.
As being contracted by Fraport AG since January 2024, estimated revenue related to Fraport AG interest representation at EU level should be 25.200 EUR
