Mission & Interests

Goals: The ADF Foundation is a charity committed to helping people with anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorders in various ways. Besides online meetings, we organize support groups throughout the country for people with anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorders. Research has shown that participating in such a group has a very positive effect on the participants. It can help in the recovery from an anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorder, and the recognition from other participants is experienced as very comforting. At various locations, we organize trainings about anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders. These trainings are conducted by experienced trainers and psychologists. We not only have trainings for people who experience these disorders themselves, but our 'Parents and Partners' training is aimed at relatives of people with anxiety or obsessive-compulsive disorders. The ADF Foundation believes that relatives also deserve our attention.
