Goals: AmCham EU speaks for American business committed to Europe on trade, investment and competitiveness issues. It aims to ensure a growth-orientated business and investment climate in Europe. AmCham EU facilitates the resolution of transatlantic issues that impact business and plays a role in creating better understanding of EU and US positions on business matters.
Our aim is to ensure a growth-oriented business and investment climate in the European Union. We are committed to transparent and open communication and inclusive dialogue between our members and European policy makers.

Info Members: We are an advocacy association and majority of our work is spent on representing the interests of our members. We have a team fully dedicated on advocacy matters and majority of our colleagues are working on other areas (ie, communications, events, outreach) but not necessarily fully investing their time in interacting with EU civil servants.

Our member companies engage in further networking activities in their own capacity.
We also participate in different informal collaboration fora - ie, the Alliance for Sustainable Management of Chemical Risk ASMoR (https://asmor.eu/members) and additionally, we also participate in other projects and partner with other associations – ie, EmpowerHer (https://amchameu.eu/news/empower-her-advancing-female-empowerment-across-atlantic), JA Europe (http://www.jaeurope.org/education/initiatives/2518-amcham-eu-youth-entrepreneurship-award-2023.html, FPP4EU, …). And also contribute to other CSR activities (ie, Relay for life https://www.amchameu.eu/RelayForLife). However, we do not pay any fees nor contributions for these activities.
Finally, we also cooperate with other associations in Brussels when we want to set our position on different policy matters – nevertheless, we do not formally belong to any other business network or think tank.
