Goals: “Active Zone Outdoor” is a Cyprus based non for profit, non-Governmental organisation established in Larnaca in 2019 under the overall missions to achieve a better mental health and wellbeing of young people through active engagement in outdoor and sports activities and participation in the society. Specifically, the organisation aims to: 1) Promote sports and outdoor activities for all with emphasis on youth with fewer opportunities as a vehicle to enhance well-being, mental and physical health of youth; 2) Actively engage young people in local and European level contributing to social change, social cohesion and integration, 3) Highlight the connectedness between sports and outdoor activities with the natural environment and underline the urgency of environmental protection by pinpointing the significance of the environment in the healthy living of human beings;
