Main EU Legislative Proposals: Acqua&Sole took part in the public consultation about sewage sludge evaluation and is interested about circular economy regulations. In 2023 Acqua&Sole filed an appeal with the General Court of the Court of Justice of the European Union against the C(2022) 8645 final (COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION of 2.12.2022 approving the 2023-2027 CAP Strategic Plan of Italy for Union support financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund and the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development)
Communication Activities: In general Acqua&Sole could be interested about policy and regulamentation concerning asbestos waste, landfill, special waste management, sewage sludge, environmental protection, production and use of organic fertilizers and research (horizon 2020 project). Acqua&Sole was involved in a research project (Nutribudget) supported by Horizon assets.
